Singapore Structural Award 2022 – Winner for DfMA The Clement Canopy

The Clement Canopy is a residential highrise development comprises two tower blocks of 40-Storey apartments with ancillary landscape, swimming pool and communal facilities at ground level at Clementi Avenue 1 in Singapore. There is a multi-storey carparks with one basement level linking the two towers. There are a total of 505 residential units in the development.

The Clement Canopy has adopted reinforced concrete PPVC system for the two tower residential blocks in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA)’s Code of Practice on Buildability 2015.
