The Modular Building Institute (the “MBI”) held a 4-days 2023 World of Modular Annual Convention and Tradeshow held from 29 Mar 2023 to 1 April 2023 at the world-famous Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. World of Modular provides a place for professionals from around the world who are involved in the modular and offsite construction industries a place to network, exchange ideas, learn from experts, discuss challenges, display new products, and receive well-deserved recognition.

Dr Tan Teng Hooi, our Independent Non-Executive Director, together with our Chairman, Mr Wong Seng and Executive Director, Ms Maey Leow, was one of the speakers presenting and showcasing in the session with the participants on the completed World Record Tallest RC PPVC Residential Building of 56 Storey High – Avenue South Residence Singapore, in which the Structural PPVC Patented design is by TW-Asia Consultants Pte Ltd.
